Housekeeper Overview:

Opportunity to work within Tylney Hall Hotel as a Room Attendant & Public Area Cleaner. Due to the location of the hotel you must have your own transportation.

Working as part of the wider housekeeping team, you will have responsibility for a dedicated number of guest bedrooms ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the public areas of the Hotel.

 

Housekeeper Key Attributes:

  • To prepare allocated rooms for guest staying at the hotel.
  • Be constantly aware of guest needs and recognise the expectations of guests
  • To anticipate guest requirements and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints.  To ensure that any guest complaints are resolved and followed up, reporting all incidents to the Head Housekeeper or Deputy Head Housekeeper.
  • To act as a Sales Person, promoting the image of the Hotel at all times.
